I can't help but always think of that song when we travel to WV. Its so fitting, well except the fact that West Virgina, isn't MY home...but it is Eric's. Which, sort of...in a married way, makes it partly my home? ha ha maybe not, but it sounded good :)
We are headed to West Virginia this weekend for Eric's cousin, Emily's wedding. She's actually getting married in PA, but where Eric's family lives is only about 30 minutes away from PA...so WV...HERE WE COME!! The last time we were in good ol' West by God Virgina...was when I was prego, for a baby shower. Needless to say its been...a while.
Noah won't be making this trip with us, because its going to be a jam packed, on top of a 7 hour car ride. No place for a 9 month old in my eyes. He's spending the weekend with Granny and Papa...who you know couldn't be happier. Me, on the other hand...is having a little bit of a hard time with it.
Our weekend will be filled with seeing family, eating awesome food (hopefully from DeeJay's!!!), wedding festivities, and of course gambling...one of the many reasons Eric lovvvves going back home. Oh, and of course seeing family :)
